# Use the docs with AI tools

> Give coding assistants and chat tools the Ionic docs as Markdown, a full-text index, or an MCP server.

Every page of these docs is available in formats that AI coding assistants and
chat tools read directly.

| Page menu | **Copy page** at the top of any page | Copy the page as Markdown, or open it in ChatGPT or Claude |
| Markdown page | Add `.md` to any page URL, such as `https://docs.ionicfi.com/quickstart.md` | Give a tool one page |

| Full docs | `https://docs.ionicfi.com/llms-full.txt` | Load every page at once |

## Connect the MCP server

The MCP server searches and retrieves pages from these docs. Add it to Claude
Code:

```

Other MCP clients that support HTTP servers use the same URL.
